Advanced Server Support:

Monitor, respond and correct any outages on all of ASP's server farms in accordance with escalation policy for the following Advanced Server Support Services: Terminal Services®, Citrix MetaFrame®, SQL Server®, Exchange Server®, and IIS Server® .

Application Support Services:

ASP Technical Support Engineers also provide application support to our clients:

Become familiar with core operational components of customer's application or database in order to provide marketing support, repairs, edits, and/or changes;

Compile a "profile" document for the application including key components, support contacts, services and DR plan;

Monitor critical application components including data links and performance metrics to provide data to customer concerning performance and scaling;

Repair of applications not functioning per manufacturer specifications;

Application testing for security and reliability in the hosted environment;

Hosted application performance issues.

ASP Customer Services:

ASP provides 1-4 hours per month of technical support to Digital Desktop clients included in the cost of their Digital Desktop Service, depending on the number of users and type of service the client has.  Clients may request additional support time if needed at a reduced hourly or block rate.
