Windows Full Client Setup for
ASP-200 Digital Desktops |

| 1. |
On your local desktop, delete
any ICA shortcuts you may have. |

| 2. |
Open Citrix Program
Neighborhood. |
||
| 3. |
Delete all ICA connections
(Except Add ICA Connection). |
||
| 4. |
Double click Add ICA Connection. |
||
| 5. | Select Local Area Network for your connection type, click Next. | ||
|
NOTE: If you are using a Dial-up connection, you will have to log
onto the Internet prior to continuing with these instructions and for using the Digital Desktop Icon that will take
you directly to your remote desktop. |

| 6. |
Type in a short description, like Digital Desktop, for the name of the
icon to be placed on your local desktop, |
||
| 7. |
Choose TCP/IP from the dropdown as your network protocol, |
||
| 8. | Check the circle for Published Application, | ||
| 9. | Click on the Server Location Button, | ||
| 10. | Uncheck the Use Default box in the lower left corner, | ||
| 11. | Change the Network Protocol to TCP/IP; | ||
| 12. | Choose Add at the right of the address list; | ||
| 13. |
In the popup box where
it says “Enter the new server location address below”, type in
216.87.82.20 then click OK, |

| 14. | Choose Add again, | ||
| 15. | In the popup box where it says “Enter the new server location address below”, type in 216.87.82.21 then click OK, | ||
| 16. | You should now see both addresses in the Address List, click OK, | ||
| 17. |
Go back up to the
dropdown box
below Published Application and choose “ASP Digital Desktop – Recruiting”
from the dropdown list; click Next, |

| 18. | Choose “View in a Remote Desktop Window”, then click Next, | ||
| 19. |
Leave the Use Default checked for Encryption Level, click Next. |
||
| 20. |
Type in the User Name and Password approved by ASP, Inc., or leave these
fields blank to be prompted at login. |

| 21. |
Type in thinsource.com as the Domain, click Next. |
||
| 22. | Un-check the Use Default for Windows Colors, scroll down and choose High Color (16bit). | ||
|
NOTE: Any other choice will result in poor color on Digital
Desktop. |

Un-check the Use Default for Window Size, scroll down a bit, choose
Percent of Screen. Type 100 in the small box that appears, click
Next, |

Then click Finish. |

| 25. |
Right click on the new Digital Desktop icon and go to properties. |
||
| 26. |
On
the second tab (Options), make sure that “Use data compression” and “Use
disk cache for bitmaps” are both checked, then click OK. |

In the menu bar of
the Citrix Program Neighborhood, choose Tools/ICA settings. |
||
| 28. | On the General tab, in the first field for Client Name type in your first initial and last name (no spaces, capitalize the initials) for your client name (i.e. LMansfield). | ||
|
NOTE: No other
variations of a client name will be acceptable.
NOTE:
If this is a second installation for you, please add a description to
the end of your name (no spaces) so that it is not the same as your first
installation – i.e. LMansfieldLaptop or
LMansfieldHome. |

Then go to the 2nd tab (Bitmap Cache) and change the minimum size
bitmap that will be cached down to 2k Bytes (scroll bar at the bottom),
click OK. |

Right mouse click new Digital Desktop ICA icon and choose “Create
desktop shortcut”. Close the Citrix Program Neighborhood. |
||
| 31. | Double click your new shortcut on your desktop…voila! This will bring you to your new Digital Desktop. | ||
